MR BLIND ITEM RECEIVES FIRST LEGAL THREAT

For the first time in its short existence online, Mr Blind Item receives a legal threat from a US Law Firm asking the removal of the story titled "IS THAT MANILA'S TOP MODEL SEBASTIAN MONROE IN XTUBE VIDEOS?" on the bases of not incorporating the copyright of the image and video owner.

I understand how traumatic it must have been for Sebastian Monroe to discover out that someone claiming to be him uploaded lewd videos in Xtube.

Likewise, Sebastian personally asked me to remove the blog entry. He informed me that he has reported the "abuse" to the Xtube authorities and said that he would bring the case to the court. His shout out in Facebook right now says "Somebody needs (to) stop claiming to be Sebastian Monroe in Xtube."

Here's the content of the letter which was sent to me via email:

  2. oh well, the news is already out there. It doesn't really matter if you take off the blind item. Others will just replicate it.
