EXCLUSIVE: CELEBS WITH TATTOOS IN SEXY PICTORIAL

Top Belgian photographer Frank Hoefsmit gathered over 50 Filipino celebrities who have tattoos in a rare pictorial for Tattoo Manila, a bookazine which is still awaiting publication to date.
