IT'S confirmed. One of the Philippines' most eligible bachelors, 2009 CNN Hero Efren Penaflorida Jr., is dating award-winning Indonesian actress Sarajoey Djojohadikusumo.

In his Facebook account, Efren declares his love for Sarajoey, who just like him, is involved in various socio-civic works in her own country. It is not known though if the popular Indonesian actress has already given her sweet "yes" to our endeared international hero.

Sarajoey was in the Philippines in early October last year to serve as a guest speaker for a talk on women's protection for Wadah Titian Harapan, a Jakarta-based foundation. It is presumed that she met Efren at around that time.

It could be remembered that Efren once expressed his liking for Filipino actress Angel Locsin. However, the leading star of top-rating primetime soap "Immortal" said that she prefers to just be friends with him.

Mr Blind Item wishes Efren and Sarajoey a harmonious and meaningful relationship.
