ReplyDeleteI think he's really better off with the beautiful and intelligent Ms. Shalani Soledad. Just by looking at them together in public, they seem to complement each other. Bagay sila! Pareho silang mukhang deep mag-isip. Marami siguro silang napag-uusapan to enrich their knowledge. Shalani brings that balance in PNOY's chaotic than ever life (because of politics, of course!).

Well for me, this is the hardest question of all time. Not only because I am wondering why his romances with TV anchor Korina Sanchez and Bernadette Sembrano did not work out, but also we are clueless as to his private life, as his other family members are also mum on the issue.
ReplyDeleteFor me, still nothing suits her better than Shalani Soledad. For somebody with P-noy's stature, he needs somebody who has the same background, education, intellectual prowess and role in the society. He's the kind of guy who needs somebody who he can relate to and Shalani seems to be the one who understands that. One more good thing about that is she has the approval of the Aquino sisters. One thorn removed from their future together. Moreso, she has the makings of an ideal First Lady. Being in the public service herself, she would not have any difficulty dealing with all kinds of people and that's a good point for P-noy.
If the rumors of their break-up are true, I think P-noy should woo her back. They've already invested time and affection with each other and I think their almost two years relationship should not go to waste. At his age, I think he should stop looking around because it's not going to be good for his reputation even if he is a bachelor. I'm still a believer of happy endings and if ever they have problems, I think they should both be mature enough to resolve it. Looking for a new girl just simply isn't an option to determine if the new relationship will work out the way you wanted it to, and that applies even if he is the President.

President Noy definitely needs someone who is intelligent, classic and presentable and looks sincere (too bad Ms. Lucy Torres is already taken), maybe if not for the age gap (PNoy doesn't mind it anyway!!) I'd say that Ms. Iza Calzado perfectly fits the qualifications. She will be able to embody the "First Girlfriend" expectation. She is as lovable as Ms. Shalani and everybody seems to like her beauty which is best to represent Pinays in presidential events especially the international ones. :)

She should pick someone who has the same qualities as her mother. A supportive and quiet person but can easily step-up and become a warrior if the situation calls for it!
