Nope, Lara isn't on her way to motherhood. Neither she jumped into the craze of adopting a baby. Her beau simply surprised the beauty queen with a gift-- a female shih tzu named Patchi whom he purchased while the two were shopping together in Tiendesitas in Ortigas District.
Lara is compassionate with pets, and Marco noticed that. Patchi is actually her fifth dog-- she already has two chow-chows (one of which was given by an ex-boyfriend), a shih tzus, and a beagle.
Now I wonder, when would she this gorgeous couple walk down the aisle? Hopefully sooner.
