UPDATE: SHALANI TEXTED REPORTER, BREAKUP "NOT TRUE"

A reporter named Celerina del Mundo Monte just posted an update in her Facebook wall, Shalani Soledad reportedly texted her denying that she has broken up with President Noynoy Aquino.

"NOT TRUE," Shalani reportedly texted Monte.

Earlier, the same reporter said Press Secretary Lacierda could not confirm nor deny the issue. His only statement was "Maayos po ang kanyang disposisyon..." Lacierda promised to update the public on the president's private life as soon as possible.

The breaking news about the supposed parting ways of President Noynoy and Shalani is a scoop of this blog.

HOT SCOOP: PRESIDENT NOYNOY AND SHALANI BREAK UP, CONFIRMED?

The Filipino people will not see a presidential wedding in the next six years according to very reliable sources in Malacanang Palace.

Why so? President Noynoy Aquino and his girlfriend Shalani Soledad have already called it quits. It is the reason why the Valenzuela councilor has been absent in PNoy's official and personal functions after his inauguration a few months ago.

President Noynoy is indeed a tough boyfriend to handle, and even if the beautiful Shalani understands that his priority is the welfare of the nation, she is still a woman who needs her man beside her. Calls and even text messages from the bachelor president have been very scarce since he sit in power.

SPLIT! PNoy and Shalani Soledad reportedly called it quits.
A Palace aide close to the president who wished anonymity told me that he has not seen PNoy with Shalani, nor has heard him talk to her recently. "I can't really confirm nor deny it (the split) but there may be truth about it. We have not seen Shalani lately and a breakup may be the reason. Let's just wait for President Aquino to give his official statement..."

The official added: "I'm pretty sure presidential first sister Kris Aquino has nothing to do with the issue."

Will she still be the next First Lady?

If rumors are true, I think many of us who have already imagined the shy, well-mannered Shalani as our next First Lady, will be heartbroken.
